Google Pixel 11 at ৳93,999→The Asus ROG Phone 8 is a high-performance device that struggles with significant build quality issues and thermal management.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓While the 165Hz LTPO AMOLED display provides a great viewing experience, owners report that the glass back often bulges out and the overall build feels fragile. You will experience thermal throttling after about 10 minutes of heavy gaming, which reduces performance despite the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The camera system is capable of good photos, but video capture is frustratingly capped at 1080p for both the selfie and telephoto lenses.
AirTriggers are frequently described as inaccurate by users. Because there is no official Asus service presence in Bangladesh, you are entirely dependent on the shop's mercy if the device breaks. The software support is limited to only 2 major OS updates, which is quite weak for a phone at this price point.

Asus has little to no official service presence in BD — a gray unit that breaks is on the shop's mercy entirely.

No, there is no official or brand-backed warranty support for this phone in Bangladesh. All units found are gray-imports, meaning you only receive a shop warranty. You must confirm the IMEI and BTRC status with the seller before purchasing.
The device is promised to receive up to 2 major OS updates. This is considered a weak support cycle for a phone at this price point, especially since it launched with Android 14.
While it features a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, it suffers from thermal throttling. Sustained gaming loads cause the CPU and GPU to throttle after approximately 10 minutes, which reduces your performance during longer sessions.
Owners rate the battery highly, describing it as efficient and long-lasting. It supports 65W charging, but you should be aware that some third-party USB-C cables fail to negotiate this speed, which can result in slow charging times.
