Strongest on performance · 8.5/10 in published reviews and owner reports
The Asus Zenfone 10 is a risky investment for Bangladeshi buyers because it lacks official brand support and carries significant long-term reliability concerns.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓While the compact 5.92 inch display and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset offer strong performance, owners report serious issues including devices bricking after two years of use. You will also face excessive heat during gaming sessions which leads to performance throttling. Because there is no official Asus service presence in Bangladesh, any hardware failure leaves you entirely at the mercy of the shop where you purchased the device.
The software support is also limited to two major OS updates, which is weak for a phone at this price point. You must carefully consider these durability risks before spending ৳84,490 on a gray-import unit.

shop warranty instead of brand warranty; confirm IMEI/BTRC status with the seller.
Asus has little to no official service presence in BD — a gray unit that breaks is on the shop's mercy entirely.
3 years old — expect short or no remaining software-update life at this point.
Overheating under load — Excessive heat during gaming or benchmarking, sometimes leading to throttling.
Bricked after 2 years.
My Zenfone 10 bricked itself exactly 2 years and 1 month after purchasing.
144Hz screen overkill.
I'm not saying that I can't live without 144Hz or that I hate Samsung phones for not having it, I'm just saying it feels nicer *in my opinion*, and paired with a bunch of other reasons that makes me like this phone over the base s models.

No, there is no official brand-backed warranty for this phone in Bangladesh. All units found in the market are gray-imports, meaning you only receive a shop warranty. You should confirm the IMEI and BTRC status with the seller before purchasing.
The phone was released in 2023 and is promised only two major OS updates. Since the device is already three years old, you should expect very short or no remaining software update life at this point.
While the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset provides strong performance, the phone is widely reported to suffer from excessive heat during gaming. This overheating often leads to thermal throttling, which can negatively impact your gaming experience.
The phone features a 4300 mAh battery and supports wireless charging. Owners have rated the battery performance at 8.0 out of 10, suggesting it provides decent endurance for daily tasks despite the compact size of the device.
