Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓What works well4
- 120 Hz IPS display
- 5200 mAh battery lasting a day
- headphone jack and FM radio
- IR blaster for remote control
Reported trade-offs4
- 8 MP camera produces soft images
- 4 GB RAM causes multitasking lag
- Only a 10 W charger included
- Low‑resolution 720p screen
Why we say that
It offers a 6.78‑inch IPS LCD panel that runs at 120 Hz and can reach 700 nits, so scrolling feels smooth and the display is bright enough for indoor use. The 5200 mAh cell easily survives a full day of typical browsing, social media and calls, though the included 10 W charger makes refilling slow despite the 15 W fast‑charge support. Performance is limited by a Helio G81 Ultimate chipset paired with 4 GB RAM; basic apps run fine but multitasking often stalls and games feel choppy.
The 8 MP rear camera is outdated, delivering soft pictures with weak dynamic range, especially in low light. XOS 16 adds many pre‑installed apps and ads, and only one or two Android updates are expected. Build quality is plastic with an IP64 rating, but it scratches easily.

Overall the phone is usable for simple daily tasks but falls short on photography, heavy gaming and fast charging.

What is the Infinix Smart 20 price in Bangladesh?
- Official listings
- ৳15,999 – ৳20,999
Infinix Smart 20 costs ৳15,999 to ৳19,999 in Bangladesh on official listings, in stock at 4 shops we track as of 28 Oct 2026.
How long will the battery last on a typical day?
The 5200 mAh battery can easily last a full day of normal use, but charging is limited to 15 W and the box includes only a 10 W charger, so recharging is slower.
Can I play games smoothly on this phone?
The Helio G81 Ultimate with 4 GB RAM handles basic games, but owners report lag when multitasking or playing demanding titles, so smooth gaming cannot be expected.
Is the camera good for low‑light photos?
The 8 MP main sensor is outdated and produces soft images with poor dynamic range, especially in low‑light, so photos will be disappointing for a 2026 device.
Does the phone get official warranty and updates?
The phone is sold officially in Bangladesh, so it carries the brand’s warranty and can be serviced through the official network; however XOS 16 receives only one or two OS updates and includes noticeable bloatware and ads.
