Why we say that

Owners find it very easy to use, but almost everything else scores poorly. The display and performance are weak, and the camera is nearly useless. You will struggle with gaming or video tasks as owners rated these very low.

Since it was released in 2022, it is now 4 years old. You should expect little to no software updates. It is a gray import, which means you get no manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh.
