OPPO A57 Is it worth buying?
At ৳16,990 the OPPO A57 gives you 5G and a bright 90 Hz screen but it feels sluggish in everyday use.

- You want fast gaming, strong photography, or long‑term software support.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.

- Bright 90 Hz IPS LCD
- 5000 mAh battery
- Headphone jack
- 5G connectivity
Reported trade-offs4
- Slow startup and app loading
- Camera quality is poor
- Limited software updates
- 10 W charging is slow
Why we say that
The 6.56‑inch IPS LCD reaches 600 nits, so outdoor visibility is decent. Battery capacity is 5,000 mAh, yet owners notice faster drain and low‑storage warnings. The 13 MP main camera produces low‑quality images and processing is slow, which many describe as pathetic.
Startup and app opening are noticeably delayed, and switching between UI screens feels laggy. Software runs Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1, but the phone is four years old, so further OS updates are unlikely. Charging is limited to 10 W, so refilling the battery takes longer than on newer models.

Overall, the phone works for basic tasks but falls short for gaming, photography, and future‑proof software support.

Does the OPPO A57 come with an official warranty in Bangladesh?
The phone is listed at the cheapest official‑warranty price of ৳16,990, but the evidence does not specify a channel, so you should verify warranty coverage with the seller before purchase.
How many years of Android updates will this phone receive?
It was released in 2022 and is already four years old, so you should expect little or no further OS updates; flagship models get 3‑4 updates, but this budget model is unlikely to receive more.
Is the battery life good for daily use?
The 5,000 mAh cell can last a full day of moderate use, but owners report noticeable drain and low‑storage warnings, so heavy use may require a daily charge.
