Realme C53 Is it worth buying?
If you can live with an import phone that lacks official warranty and may not hit its advertised 90 Hz refresh, the Realme C53 offers a large display and a 50 MP camera for a low price.
- Choose it if
- You need a big screen, decent camera and can accept shop warranty.
- Consider alternatives if
- You need reliable gaming, guaranteed updates or official warranty.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓What works well4
- 50 MP main camera
- 5,000 mAh battery with 33 W fast charge
- 6 GB RAM for everyday multitasking
- Headphone jack for wired audio
Reported trade-offs4
- No official brand warranty in Bangladesh
- Screen often stays below 90 Hz
- Gyro sensor and brightness issues reported
- Software updates likely ended after three years
Why we say that
The 6.74‑inch IPS LCD is bright enough for most indoor use but owners note the refresh rate often stays below 90 Hz. Battery life is decent with a 5,000 mAh cell and 33 W fast charging, though the battery rating is only 7.5 out of 10. Performance feels average; 6 GB RAM handles daily apps but gaming suffers from a non‑functional gyro sensor and low frame rates.
Build quality scores 3.5 out of 10, and the phone is already three years old, so software updates are likely near their end. Expect shop‑provided warranty only and confirm IMEI and BTRC status before buying.

What is the Realme C53 price in Bangladesh?
The last price we recorded for Realme C53 in Bangladesh was ৳13,399, checked 17 Oct 2026. No shop we track has it in stock right now.
Is there an official Realme warranty for the C53 in Bangladesh?
No official Realme warranty is recorded for Bangladesh. The phone is only available as a gray‑import and any warranty comes from the shop that sells it. Verify the IMEI and BTRC status before purchase.
How many Android updates will the C53 receive?
The device launched in 2023 and is already three years old, so it is near the end of its update cycle. Expect only a couple more OS upgrades at most, if any.
Does the 90 Hz display work as advertised?
Owners report the screen often stays at a lower refresh rate and does not consistently reach 90 Hz. The panel is a 6.74‑inch IPS LCD with a 560‑nit peak, but the advertised rate is unreliable.
How does the 50 MP camera perform in low light?
The 50 MP main sensor is the strongest feature, but the camera rating is only 6 out of 10. In low‑light situations images are often noisy and lack detail, so results are modest.
