Low RAM and processor.
4GB RAM and still a 6NM Processor in the big 26. I understand it's supposed to be a budget phone, but there's better options at that price point.
Battery drain.
6,700Amh battery last like crazy. And about the charger, it's 18watts But, you will be surprised by how fast it charges.
Poor build quality.
Tecno should focus on small screen/compact gadgets with more gist eg. Screen size I think it is time you revise the screen size. 6.5 inch would be a good phone
