ZTE Neo 5 GT Is it worth buying?
If you want a large, fast screen and strong performance for the price, the ZTE Neo 5 GT delivers that but comes with serious warranty risk.

Based on published reviews and owner reports.
What works well4
- 6.8 inch 144Hz AMOLED display
- Dimensity 7400 chipset with 12GB RAM
- 50MP main camera
- 6210 mAh battery
Reported trade-offs3
- No manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh
- Software includes medium ads
- Only 1‑2 Android updates
Why we say that
The 6.8 inch AMOLED panel runs at 144Hz and can peak at 4500 nits, making outdoor use easy and gaming smooth. The Dimensity 7400 processor with 12GB RAM handles Android 16 and most games without lag. Battery capacity of 6210 mAh usually lasts a full day even with heavy use, though charging speed is not mentioned.
The 50MP main camera captures decent photos in good light, but low‑light results are average. Software includes MyOS with medium ads and only 1‑2 Android version updates, so long‑term software freshness is limited. Because every unit is a gray import, there is no manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh; you rely on the shop’s warranty and must pay for any repairs.

Owners often complain about the lack of official service support and occasional ad interruptions.

ZTE has little to no official service presence in BD — a gray unit that breaks is on the shop's mercy entirely.

What is the ZTE Neo 5 GT price in Bangladesh?
- Unofficial listings
- ৳56,499
ZTE Neo 5 GT costs ৳56,499 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 1 shop we track as of 17 Oct 2026.
Will the battery last through a full day of heavy use?
The 6210 mAh battery is large enough to get most users through a day of heavy use, but exact endurance depends on screen brightness and gaming intensity. Expect a full charge to last around 10 to 12 hours of mixed activity.
How good is the phone for gaming?
The Dimensity 7400 processor together with 12GB RAM and a 144Hz AMOLED screen provides smooth gameplay on most modern titles. High frame rates are achievable, though very demanding games may still heat up after long sessions.
How does the camera perform in low light?
The 50MP main sensor captures clear images in good lighting, but low‑light performance is only average. Expect more noise and less detail when shooting in dark environments without additional lighting.
What warranty and service can I expect for this gray import?
All listings are gray imports, so there is no official ZTE warranty in Bangladesh. The shop you buy from will offer its own warranty and you will have to pay for any repairs. Confirm the IMEI and BTRC status with the seller before purchase.
