The Google Pixel 9 offers a premium stock Android experience, but real-world usage is heavily impacted by thermal throttling and connectivity concerns.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓Owners frequently report that the device heats up significantly under load, which leads to performance drops during gaming and rapid battery drain. While the 6.3 inch OLED display is very bright at 2700 nits, the lack of LTPO technology is a notable omission. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the excellent still images from the 50MP main camera, though the absence of a telephoto lens forces a reliance on digital cropping.
Video quality is often described as mediocre by users. Connectivity is another pain point, with reports of call drops and modem issues. While the software support is impressive with 7 years of updates, the hardware struggles to maintain consistent performance for demanding tasks.
Prospective buyers should weigh these trade-offs carefully against the price, especially since the newer Google Pixel 10 is available for about ৳75,999.
