What works well4
- 5200 mAh battery lasting a day
- 90 Hz display feels smooth
- headphone jack for wired audio

Reported trade-offs4
- Helio G36 struggles with demanding games
- 10 W charger refills slowly
- TFT LCD lacks deep blacks
- No confirmed 5G support
Why we say that
The 6.56 inch TFT LCD is bright enough for indoor use and the 530 nits peak brightness helps in sunlight. Android 14 with Magic OS 8 runs comfortably with 4 GB RAM for daily apps, but the Helio G36 chipset shows its limits in heavy gaming. Charging is only 10 W so refilling the 5200 mAh cell takes several hours.
The 13 MP main camera is decent in daylight but struggles in low light, and the 5 MP selfie shooter is basic. Users appreciate the headphone jack and the lack of bloatware, yet they complain about the modest performance and slow charging speed.

What is the Honor X5b price in Bangladesh?
The last price we recorded for Honor X5b in Bangladesh was ৳10,999, checked 17 Oct 2026. No shop we track has it in stock right now.
How long does the battery last on normal use?
The 5200 mAh battery can easily last a full day of typical use such as browsing, social media and video playback. With the 10 W charger it will need several hours to reach full charge.
Will this phone handle mobile games smoothly?
The Helio G36 chipset provides adequate performance for everyday apps but will show lag in demanding 3D games. Casual titles run fine, while newer high end games may need lower settings to stay playable.
How does the camera perform in low light?
The 13 MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture captures reasonable photos in daylight, but low light scenes appear noisy and lack detail. The 5 MP selfie camera also struggles when lighting is poor.
Does the phone receive software updates and is there an official warranty?
No official warranty information is listed for this model, so you cannot rely on a manufacturer guarantee. The device runs Android 14 with Magic OS 8 and may receive three to four major OS upgrades like other Honor flagships.
