Strongest on display · 8.8/10 in published reviews and owner reports
The Motorola G96 is a risky investment because it is only available as a gray-import unit with no manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓While the 144Hz P-OLED display and premium vegan leather build are impressive, the user experience is marred by significant software issues. Owners frequently report system lag, UI stutters, and recurring bugs like mobile data turning off automatically or the screen failing to wake properly after calls. The software support is also disappointing, as the device is limited to only one major Android upgrade.
While the 5500 mAh battery provides reliable endurance, the 30W charging speed feels slow for a 2025 release. Given that the newer Motorola G100 is available for ৳26,490, this device struggles to justify its higher price point of 32,999 to ৳37,499. You are paying a premium for hardware that is held back by poor optimization and a lack of official service support.

No, this phone is only available as a gray-import unit. It has no manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh regardless of the brand's service score. Any repairs must be paid for, and you should confirm the IMEI and BTRC status with the seller before purchasing.
The software update policy is poor for this device. It is limited to only one major Android upgrade. Owners have expressed frustration with this policy, noting that it is insufficient for a phone released in 2025.
While the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset is capable, owners report that the phone is prone to stutters and lag during use. The gaming performance rating is relatively low at 6.5 out of 10, suggesting it may not be the best choice for heavy gaming.
The 5500 mAh battery provides reliable endurance for daily use. It is one of the better-rated features of the phone, with owners giving it a score of 8.2 out of 10. However, keep in mind that the 30W charging speed is considered slow by 2025 standards.
