Review sources ↓You will not get brand backed warranty support and must rely entirely on the shop if the device breaks. Owners love the 120Hz AMOLED display and the performance of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. However, the camera is a major letdown for many.
Some users say the camera quality feels cheap and does not meet expectations compared to lower range devices. There are also reports of intermittent ghost touches and a power button placement that takes time to learn. You also lose out on eSIM support which is available on the Pro model.
It is a fast device with clean software, but the lack of official service presence in the country is a serious concern for a long term investment.
Pick the phone you actually want and the list narrows to the shops selling that exact thing. Stock, variant and colours are what each shop publishes for its own listing — not for the model as a whole.

Nothing has little to no official service presence in BD — a gray unit that breaks is on the shop's mercy entirely.
Camera quality feels cheap.
The camera doesn't meet expectations, even compared to some lower-range devices. The camera quality feels quite cheap..
Owners report:
No eSIM support even though the Phone (3a) Pro supports it.
Ghost touches.
I started seeing ghost touches intermittently. As I moved to a different country, Canada, they don't have service centers available, nor I was able to get it serviced as the phone doesn't come with International warranty.
Essential key placement.
The Essential key's prominent placement has moved the Power button to a new spot that takes some time to get used to.
