Realme 13 5G Is it worth buying?
The Realme 13 5G is a device that requires careful consideration due to significant compromises in display quality and battery endurance.
- Choose it if
- You prioritize raw performance and OIS camera capabilities over display brightness and battery longevity.
- Consider alternatives if
- You need a reliable battery that lasts all day or a bright screen for outdoor visibility.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓What works well4
- Capable Dimensity 6300 chipset performance
- Fast 67W charging support
- Includes a 3.5mm headphone jack
- Main camera features OIS
Reported trade-offs4
- Poor battery life with rapid drainage
- Low display peak brightness of 580 nits
- No official manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh
- High amount of bloatware and advertisements
Why we say that
While the Dimensity 6300 chipset provides decent performance for the price of ৳25,990, owners frequently report that the battery drains quickly, often necessitating a power bank from the very first week of use. The display is another major point of contention, as the peak brightness has dropped to 580 nits compared to previous models, making it difficult to view in bright conditions. You will find the software experience includes a medium to high amount of bloatware and advertisements.
Because this phone is only available as a gray import, you must accept that there is no manufacturer warranty support in Bangladesh. Any repairs will be paid, and you are entirely dependent on the specific shop for any coverage. If you prioritize a bright screen or long battery life, this device will likely cause frustration during daily use.

Low display brightness.
