The Galaxy A05 will keep you powered all day but will struggle with speed and software stability.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓At ৳14,799 it offers a 6.7‑inch LCD, a 5,000 mAh battery and a 50 MP main camera that is acceptable in bright light. The plastic chassis feels sturdier than its price suggests and the headphone jack remains useful. Under the hood sits a Helio G85 and 4 GB RAM, which handle everyday tasks but freeze frequently after recent updates.
Charging is 25 W fast but the charger is not included, so you need your own. Android 13 runs One UI 7 and promises up to two major upgrades, yet the device is already three years old and further updates are unlikely. Users report severe lag, missing fingerprint sensor and poor selfie processing.
Overall it is a budget phone for basic use, not for gaming or heavy multitasking.

3 years old — expect short or no remaining software-update life at this point.
Severe system-wide lag and screen freezing.
After the latest 4 updates, the telephone began lagging.
Lack of fingerprint sensor.
samsung disappointed us by removing the fingerprint sensor entirely
Inconsistent selfie camera processing.
I genuinely have no idea what it's trying to do to my face

Get my pick →Samsung Galaxy A05 costs ৳14,799 in Bangladesh on official listings, in stock at 1 shop we track as of 28 Oct 2026.
The 5,000 mAh battery provides excellent endurance and easily lasts a full day for average users, even with moderate screen time and everyday apps. You will rarely need to charge before evening.
The Helio G85 processor and 4 GB RAM handle simple tasks but frequent freezing and lag make gaming uncomfortable. Performance ratings are low, so the phone is unsuitable for demanding or fast‑paced games.
The 50 MP main sensor performs decently in daylight but there is no evidence of good low‑light capability, and owners rate the overall camera low. Expect grainy results in dim environments.
Yes, the phone is sold through official channels, so Samsung’s own warranty and the local service network apply. The cheapest official‑warranty price is ৳14,799, and you can claim support at authorized centers.
