Strongest on battery · 8.5/10 in published reviews and owner reports
The Vivo Y28 gives you a huge battery and a bright screen but falls short on resolution and performance.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓At ৳15,490 it is cheaper than the official‑warranty version, yet no warranty details are provided. The 5,000 mAh cell easily lasts two days for heavy users, and the 44 W charger refills it in a reasonable time, though some find it slower than expected. The 6.56‑inch IPS LCD runs at 90 Hz and can peak at 840 nits, but the HD+ (720 × 1600) panel looks grayish and lacks vibrancy, especially at low brightness.
The Dimensity 6020 with 4‑8 GB RAM handles everyday tasks, but the 4 GB variant is unstable and heavy games cause noticeable heating. The 50 MP main camera captures decent daylight photos, yet low‑light results are noisy and oversharpened. Software offers Android 13 with Funtouch 13, but update promises are limited.
Overall, the phone suits users who prioritize battery life and a decent daytime camera over gaming or high‑resolution display.

| Also known as | vivo Y28 |
Specifications from GSMArena. Prices are our own reads of Bangladeshi shops. This one is not cross-checked.
The Vivo Y28 stands out with exceptional 6000mAh battery life, 44W fast charging, and a stylish IP64-rated design, but its low HD+ screen resolution and weak Helio G85 processor hold it back at its price point.
Best for Buyers who prioritize multi-day battery endurance and design over display sharpness or gaming performance
SamZone concluded that while the Vivo Y28 delivers excellent battery life with its 6000mAh battery and 44W fast charger, along with a stylish IP64-rated design and loud stereo speakers, it is hard to fully recommend due to its low HD+ screen resolution, dated Helio G85 processor, and missing secondary noise-canceling microphone.
Manlia Shaker highlighted the Vivo Y28 as an attractive mid-range offering that feels solid and premium in hand, boasting an impressive 16-hour video playback battery capacity and bright 90Hz outdoor display, though noting that power users may wish for a sharper Full HD screen panel.
Isa Marcial Global described the Vivo Y28 as an entry-level specced device wearing a stylish exterior, praising its 6000mAh battery endurance, IP64 splash resistance, and creative camera bokeh features, while criticizing its thick display bezels, 720p screen density, single microphone distortion in noisy environments, and high launch price.

Low screen resolution (HD+).
the 720 x 1600 pixel resolution is disappointing for the price range
4GB RAM instability.
don't buy the 4/128 variant... 4gb arent stable
Fake/Ineffective video stabilization.
even if you turn the stabilization on the result is still practically the same
Oversharpening in photos.
they process oversharpening on close images

Get my pick →The last price we recorded for Vivo Y28 in Bangladesh was ৳15,490, checked 28 Oct 2026. No shop we track has it in stock right now.
Owners report the 5000 mAh battery easily reaches two days of use even for heavy users, so you can expect full‑day endurance without charging and a second day if you use it moderately.
The Dimensity 6020 paired with 4‑8 GB RAM struggles with demanding titles; the 4 GB/128 GB model is reported as unstable and heavy games quickly heat the device, making smooth gaming unlikely.
In daylight the 50 MP sensor produces good photos, but owners note low‑light shots are noisy, lack detail and suffer from aggressive oversharpening, so night photography is disappointing.
No listing confirms an official manufacturer warranty for the Vivo Y28, and the budget model typically receives only two Android version updates, so long‑term support is limited.
