Buying verdict
If you can live with a gray‑import and handle software quirks, the Xiaomi 17 Pro feels like a flagship in daily use.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓The 6.3 inch LTPO AMOLED screen reaches 3500 nits and stays smooth at 120Hz, making media and scrolling pleasant. The 6300 mAh battery lasts well beyond a day and refills in minutes thanks to 100W wired charging, while the 50 MP main sensor with OIS and 5× telephoto delivers detailed photos and decent zoom. Performance stays high with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, and games run at top frame rates, though the sides of the phone can become hot under long sessions.
The front glass is solid but the back is plastic, and some units show quality inconsistencies. Software runs HyperOS 3 on Android 16, but the China ROM lacks Google apps, Bangla language and includes ads, making the experience less user‑friendly. There is no official Xiaomi warranty; only the shop’s limited guarantee and paid repairs are available.

Reviews published by independent channels. Bhalo Phone did not conduct these tests.
CN ROM: no Google preinstalled (sideloadable), no Bangla language pack, aggressive Chinese cloud/services, bootloader unlock now heavily restricted so converting to global ROM is hard. Buy global ROM units.
shop warranty instead of brand warranty; confirm IMEI/BTRC status with the seller.
Skin tone overexposure.
does something very strange with my skin tone... tuned to Chinese preferences
China-ROM limitations.

Get my pick →Xiaomi 17 Pro costs ৳91,990 to ৳1,29,999 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 4 shops we track as of 11 Sep 2026.
The 6300 mAh cell gives a full day of mixed use and more for light tasks. Owners rate battery life 9.6 out of 10, and the 100W charger refills it in under an hour.
Yes, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 scores 9.5 for gaming and 9.7 for performance. Games run at high frame rates, and although the sides heat up, the device stays stable during long sessions.
The 50 MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture and OIS captures detailed images and the 5× telephoto works well. Some owners notice skin‑tone over‑exposure, but overall low‑light detail is strong.
There is no official Xiaomi warranty; only the shop’s limited guarantee and paid repairs apply. Software updates cover about three to four Android versions and four to five security patches, and the China ROM lacks Google services.
