What works well4
- 108MP main camera with large sensor
- 90Hz IPS LCD display
- 5330 mAh battery
- Headphone jack
Reported trade-offs4
- No 5G connectivity
- Software updates likely ending soon
- Snapdragon 680 not for heavy gaming
- Medium amount of bloat and ads
Why we say that
The 6.8‑inch IPS LCD panel reaches 850 nits at peak and runs at 90 Hz, making everyday scrolling feel smooth. The 108MP main sensor captures detailed daylight shots, while the 8 MP selfie camera is adequate for video calls. Battery life is solid thanks to a 5330 mAh cell, usually lasting a full day of mixed use.
Performance is decent for browsing, media, and light apps, but the Snapdragon 680 struggles with demanding games. The phone runs Android 13 with MagicOS 8 and can be upgraded to Android 14, yet being three years old means future updates are unlikely. A headphone jack is a pleasant surprise, but the software includes a medium amount of bloat and ads.

Users often complain about the lack of clear warranty information and the short remaining software‑support window.
