The Nova 15 Max will keep you powered for several days but you will miss Google apps and 5G.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓Its 8.5‑inch OLED screen feels smooth at 120 Hz and the 50 MP sensor captures decent photos in good light. The 8500 mAh battery truly lasts beyond a day of normal use, yet the 40 W charger refills it slower than many competitors. The Kirin 8000 chipset feels dated and gaming performance is only average, which many owners find disappointing for the price.
EMUI 14.2 runs without native Google Mobile Services, so you will need workarounds for many popular apps. The phone includes an IR blaster and a solid build, but the lack of 5G and the high cost for a 4G‑only device are common complaints. Overall it suits users who value battery life and a large display over speed, gaming, and Google ecosystem integration.

Exceptional battery capacity is offset by an aging 4G-only Kirin chipset and high pricing relative to 5G competitors. Scores are mined from published reviews and owner reports, not from our own testing.

Overall, they still find it to be a solid device for consuming multimedia.

Get my pick →Huawei Nova 15 Max costs ৳43,499 to ৳49,499 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 5 shops we track as of 28 Oct 2026. The official price starts at ৳47,999.
The 8500 mAh battery is rated for multi‑day endurance, so most users get well over a full day of normal use before needing to recharge. Charging with the included 40 W charger takes longer than on phones with smaller batteries.
The Kirin 8000 chipset is considered dated and owners report average gaming performance. It can run many games, but demanding titles may lag or drop frames, which many find unsatisfactory for the price.
Huawei devices do not ship with native Google Mobile Services. You will need to use alternative app stores or install workarounds to run apps that rely on Google Play, which can be inconvenient for some users.
Only the official listings priced at ৳47,999 come with a brand warranty for the unit. The cheaper gray‑import options at ৳43,499 have no manufacturer cover and any service is treated as a paid repair.
