If you want a big, smooth screen and a battery that lasts all day, the Galaxy A18 delivers that at a low official‑warranty price.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓The 6.7‑inch Super AMOLED panel runs at 90 Hz and shows decent colors, though its brightness is only modest for bright outdoor use. The 5000 mAh cell paired with the efficient Exynos 1610 gives you full‑day endurance, and the 25 W charger tops it up quickly. Everyday tasks feel fine with 4‑6 GB RAM, but the mid‑range performance rating of 6.5 means heavy multitasking or demanding games can feel sluggish.
The 50 MP camera sounds impressive, yet the tiny 1/2.76‑inch sensor produces soft detail, especially in low light, which owners frequently mention. Build quality is plain plastic with no IP rating, so the phone feels average in hand. Software stays fresh with up to six Android upgrades and low bloatware, but the lack of 5G and the arrival of the newer A24 at a similar price make the A18 a borderline choice for those seeking the best value.

Get my pick →Samsung Galaxy A18 costs ৳36,699 to ৳43,299 in Bangladesh on official listings, in stock at 2 shops we track as of 28 Oct 2026.
The 5000 mAh battery combined with the power‑efficient Exynos 1610 can easily last through a full day of mixed use, including browsing, social media and video playback, without needing a recharge.
Gaming runs okay on casual titles thanks to the Exynos 1610 and up to 6 GB RAM, but the mid‑range performance rating of 6.5 and gaming score of 5.5 mean demanding games may feel laggy.
The 50 MP main sensor captures many pixels, but its small 1/2.76‑inch size struggles in low light, resulting in soft details and noise, which is reflected in the modest camera rating of 5.5.
An official Samsung unit in Bangladesh carries the brand’s warranty and access to its service network, and the phone will receive up to six major Android updates under One UI 9, with low bloatware.
