If you value a big, bright AMOLED screen and a solid main camera more than raw speed, the Galaxy A37 5G will feel decent but not spectacular.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓The 6.7‑inch Super AMOLED panel with 120 Hz refresh and 1900‑nit peak brightness makes everyday use pleasant, and the 50 MP main sensor with OIS captures clear photos in good light. Battery life is reliable thanks to the 5000 mAh cell, though the 45 W charger feels slower than expected and there is no wireless option. Performance suffers with the Exynos 1480, especially in gaming and heavy multitasking, and the 128 GB storage variant feels cramped with Android 16 and Samsung UI bloat.
The virtual proximity sensor is less accurate than a physical one. Official‑warranty units start at ৳51,499, while gray‑import models drop to ৳35,990 but lack manufacturer support. Overall, it is a middle‑ground phone that works for media consumption but may disappoint power users.

On 8GB/128GB the official listing costs ৳13,000 more than the same configuration imported. That gap is the BD warranty, duty and seller margins.

The Samsung Galaxy A37 5G offers a reliable core experience with a bright screen, great battery life, and excellent software support. However, its sluggish processor, underwhelming ultrawide camera, and plastic build make it tough to recommend over slightly more expensive alternatives unless heavily discounted.
Best for Casual everyday users who want long-term Samsung software support on a strict budget

Samsung Galaxy A37: ভুলেও কি কেনা ঠিক? (opens YouTube)

GSMArena Official concludes that while the phone offers minor battery and main camera improvements over its predecessor, it plays things far too safe. The sluggish everyday performance and underwhelming ultrawide camera make it difficult to recommend, suggesting buyers look for better value in older models or competitor devices.
GSMArena Official determines that the A37 delivers a core Samsung experience with solid battery endurance and dependable main camera performance, but falls short when compared directly to the A57. The slower chipset, plastic build, and inferior ultrawide lens mean the A37 is only the right choice if you strictly need to save cash.

Shane Symonds · Samsung Galaxy A37 5G Unboxing & First Impressions! ↗
Shane Symonds finds the phone to be a solid but unexciting device with excellent battery life and a bright display. However, he ultimately recommends spending a bit more to step up to the Galaxy A57 for its smoother performance, slimmer bezels, and premium aluminum build, noting the A37 is only worth buying if found on a significant discount.

The virtual proximity sensor... is not as good as a physical one.
Storage/RAM constraints.
128GB is too small for how bloated Android 16 + add Samsung UI bloat.

Get my pick →Samsung Galaxy A37 5G costs ৳35,990 to ৳45,499 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 9 shops we track as of 28 Oct 2026. The official price starts at ৳51,499.
The A‑series typically gets four to six years of Android updates, with security patches for a similar period. Flagship models receive up to seven years, so expect support for at least four years.
No, only the official unit listed at ৳51,499 carries Samsung’s brand warranty. Gray‑import listings, even if cheaper, have no manufacturer cover and any repair is paid.
The 5000 mAh battery provides reliable endurance for a day of normal use, but the 45 W charger is slower than newer fast‑charging standards, so topping up takes longer.
The 50 MP main sensor with OIS captures decent photos in good light, but low‑light results are average. The ultrawide lens is weak and lacks advanced features, limiting its usefulness.
