Strongest on battery · 8.5/10 in published reviews and owner reports
The Samsung Galaxy F17 5G is an overpriced device that struggles with basic performance and daily usability.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓While the 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display offers good quality, the experience is marred by an outdated water-drop notch and a massive chin. Owners frequently report system lag, jittery animations, and a software experience cluttered with intrusive ads, bloatware, and notification spam. Gaming performance is particularly poor, with BGMI limited to 30fps and frequent stutters.
Although the 50MP main camera with OIS performs well, the ultrawide sensor struggles significantly in low-light conditions. The phone is currently available only as a gray-import unit, meaning you get no manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh and must rely solely on the shop's own promise for repairs. Given that the newer Galaxy F36 5G is available for less, this model is difficult to recommend for anyone seeking value or smooth performance.
Pick the phone you actually want and the list narrows to the shops selling that exact thing. Stock, variant and colours are what each shop publishes for its own listing — not for the model as a whole.

Good main cam/battery, but crippled by outdated Exynos 1330, ad-heavy UI, and 2019-era display design. Scores are mined from published reviews and owner reports, not from our own testing.

Get my pick →Samsung Galaxy F17 5G costs ৳26,990 to ৳28,990 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 3 shops we track as of 17 Oct 2026.
No, this phone is only available as a gray-import unit. There is no manufacturer warranty provided by the brand in Bangladesh. You must rely on the specific warranty terms promised by the individual shop where you purchase the device.
The 5000 mAh battery provides strong endurance with over 7 hours of screen-on time. However, charging is slow because the box only includes a 15W charger, even though the phone supports 25W charging.
This phone is not recommended for gaming. Owners report poor performance, including a maximum of 30fps in BGMI with frequent stutters. The device also tends to warm up during long gaming sessions.
Samsung promises 6 major Android upgrades for this device. While this is a strong commitment, the software experience is currently offset by bugs, bloatware, and frequent advertisements.
