POCO X7 at ৳26,499→The Samsung Galaxy M17 is a device that struggles to justify its current unofficial price tag of 26,490 to ৳27,999.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓While the 6.7 inch Super AMOLED display offers vibrant colors, owners are frustrated by the dated waterdrop notch and thick chin that feel out of place in 2025. Performance is a significant pain point, as users report UI stutters and noticeable lag when opening applications. Gaming is not recommended, with frequent frame drops in titles like PUBG and FreeFire.
The battery life receives mixed feedback, with some users reporting fast drain. The lack of a charger in the box and the presence of only a single speaker are common complaints among buyers. Although the main camera with OIS performs well for the price, the overall experience is hampered by the hardware limitations.
You are paying a premium for a device that lacks official manufacturer warranty support in Bangladesh, as all available units are gray imports. Unless you prioritize long-term software support over raw performance, this phone is difficult to recommend at its current market price.

Get my pick →Samsung Galaxy M17 costs ৳23,490 to ৳27,999 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 4 shops we track as of 17 Oct 2026.
No, this phone does not have any manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh. All units currently available are gray imports built for the Indian market. You will only receive whatever limited coverage the specific shop provides, and all repairs must be paid for by the owner.
The gaming performance is poor. Owners report that the Exynos 1330 chipset struggles with demanding tasks, leading to UI stutters and noticeable frame drops in games like PUBG and FreeFire. It is not recommended for users who prioritize gaming.
This device is supported by a strong software policy. It comes with Android 15 and is promised up to 6 major Android upgrades. This makes it a reliable choice for users who want to keep their phone updated for many years.
Battery performance is inconsistent according to owner reports. While it features a 5000 mAh battery, feedback is mixed. Some users find the battery life to be average, while others report that it drains faster than expected during daily use.
