If you want a stylish foldable that still feels like a flagship, the Galaxy Z Flip4 delivers a premium screen and fast chip but hides serious durability and battery drawbacks.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓The 6.7 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel folds into a pocketable size and reaches 1200 nits, making outdoor use easy. Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 provides smooth everyday performance and the 12MP main sensor with OIS captures decent photos, especially on the cover screen. Android 12 runs with One UI and can be upgraded to Android 16, but the device is already four years old so major updates are unlikely.
The 3700mAh battery drains quickly under modern apps and owners report blackouts on the main display when fully folded. The hinge and flex cable have a reputation for early failure, and sustained gaming triggers thermal throttling that cuts performance dramatically. Consider these issues before spending a month’s salary on this phone.

Excellent silicon and display, but severe thermal throttling and widespread, catastrophic hinge/flex-cable failure ruin long-term reliability. Scores are mined from published reviews and owner reports, not from our own testing.

Get my pick →Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 costs ৳77,999 in Bangladesh on official listings, in stock at 1 shop we track as of 28 Oct 2026.
The phone launched in 2022 and flagship devices usually get up to seven years of updates. Being four years old, it is likely to receive only a short period of future updates, possibly up to Android 16.
The phone is sold with an official Bangladesh warranty, so Samsung’s own warranty and service network apply. Hinge and flex cable failures are reported, and they are covered under the official warranty terms.
The 3700mAh battery is considered small for modern demands. Owners say it struggles to keep up, and many cannot get a full day of typical use without recharging.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip is fast, but aggressive thermal throttling reduces sustained performance. Gaming ratings are low, making it unsuitable for long or demanding gaming sessions.
