Buying verdict
The Vivo V50 offers exceptional battery endurance and a bright display, but it falls short in performance and video capabilities for its price.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓Owners report that the 6000 mAh battery easily lasts up to 2 days, which is a major highlight. However, the experience is hampered by the use of outdated UFS 2.2 storage, which feels out of place in a phone at this price point. Gamers should be aware that the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset struggles during extended sessions, and the device tends to get warm.
Users are also frustrated by the lack of 4K 60fps video recording and a virtual proximity sensor that often fails to turn off the screen during calls. While the Zeiss optics perform well for portraits and low-light stills, the software includes a noticeable amount of bloatware. You are paying a premium for the build and screen, but the internal hardware does not always match the cost.
Pick the phone you actually want and the list narrows to the shops selling that exact thing. Stock, variant and colours are what each shop publishes for its own listing — not for the model as a whole.
On 12GB/256GB the official listing costs ৳8,009 more than the same configuration imported — the BD warranty, duty and the seller margins together.
৳45,999 at SMSGadget is lower, but that listing is out of stock.

Zeiss stills and IP69 build are elite, but UFS 2.2 and 30fps video are unacceptable at this price. Scores are mined from published reviews and owner reports, not from our own testing.

Outdated UFS 2.2 storage in a high-midrange phone.
Ufs 2.2 in 2025 kind of shity from a mid-high end phone
Video recording capped at 4K 30fps / no 4K 60fps.
Bullshit is that when you buy such expensive mobile and video recording is just 30fps
Virtual proximity sensor fails to turn off screen during calls.

Get my pick →Vivo V50 costs ৳47,399 to ৳49,990 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 2 shops we track as of 11 Sep 2026. The official price starts at ৳57,999.
Yes, the phone features an exceptional 6000 mAh BlueVolt battery. Owners report that it provides enough endurance to last up to 2 days on a single charge.
The phone is not ideal for heavy gaming. While daily tasks remain smooth, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and UFS 2.2 storage struggle with demanding games, and the device often gets warm during extended sessions.
The camera system uses Zeiss optics which provide strong low-light stills. It is well-regarded for professional-looking portraits, though users should note that video recording is capped at 4K 30fps.
Official units come with a brand warranty, while cheaper gray-import listings have no manufacturer cover. If you buy an unofficial unit, any service centre that accepts it will treat the repair as a paid service.
