The Pixel 8 delivers excellent photos and a clean Android experience but suffers from weak battery, occasional overheating, and unreliable network in Bangladesh.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓Its 50MP main sensor produces natural‑looking stills, and the 6.2" OLED panel reaches a peak 2000‑nit brightness with smooth 120Hz motion. Daily use feels snappy thanks to the Tensor G3 chip and 8GB RAM, yet heavy gaming or long video sessions can make the device hot. The 4575 mAh cell often needs a charge before the day ends, and owners have reported green or pink lines appearing on the screen under certain conditions.
Network drops are common, especially on local 5G bands, and there is no official Google service centre; any repair depends on the shop’s warranty. Software stays fresh with up to seven major Android updates, but at three years old the remaining update window is shrinking. Overall, it feels premium in hand but requires patience with its quirks.

shop warranty instead of brand warranty; confirm IMEI/BTRC status with the seller.
Google has little to no official service presence in BD — a gray unit that breaks is on the shop's mercy entirely.
3 years old — expect short or no remaining software-update life at this point.

Get my pick →Google Pixel 8 costs ৳50,499 to ৳56,499 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 3 shops we track as of 28 Oct 2026.
The phone has a 4575 mAh battery, but owners consistently report average or underwhelming endurance. Most users need to charge it before the day ends, especially with screen brightness or 5G active.
Performance is good for everyday tasks, but the device tends to overheat during heavy gaming. Owner ratings give gaming a 5.5 out of 10, so it is not ideal for long gaming sessions.
The 50MP sensor with f/1.7 aperture and OIS captures natural‑looking stills even in dim light. It lacks a dedicated telephoto lens, but still photography is rated 9 out of 10 by owners.
All listings are gray‑import units, so there is no manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh. Support relies on the shop’s own warranty and any repairs are paid by the buyer, as Google has little official service presence.
