The Honor Magic 7 Pro is a powerful device that excels in raw performance but struggles with software reliability and camera consistency.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, it handles gaming and heavy tasks with ease, maintaining excellent thermal management. The 6.8 inch LTPO OLED display is a highlight, offering 5000 nits peak brightness and industry-leading eye-care features. However, living with the phone reveals significant frustrations.
Owners frequently report annoying bloatware and notification bugs that prevent apps from alerting them properly. The camera system, while versatile on paper, often produces inconsistent exposure and pixelated zoom shots. Battery life is generally good with a 5850 mAh capacity, but users report post-update drain issues where the phone loses 10 percent of its charge overnight.
Software updates are slow, often arriving late with only minor security patches. Since this is a gray-import unit, you receive no manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh, and you must verify if your specific unit includes Google Mobile Services before purchasing.

Reviews published by independent channels. Bhalo Phone did not conduct these tests.
Post-Huawei-split Honor global units have full Google. CN units don't (installable with friction). BD market mixes both heavily — verify GMS works before paying.
shop warranty instead of brand warranty; confirm IMEI/BTRC status with the seller.
Post-update battery drain.
After the Android 16 update I barely reach the second day... losing almost 10 percent of battery overnight.
Bloatware and notification management.
You do also get shed loads of crapware... notifications simply not appearing for a lot of my apps.
Camera inconsistency.
The ultra wide and the regular wide lens are kind of inconsistent... images rather pixelated especially the zoom.
Slow/buggy software updates.
Software updates are very slow hardly any new fixes or features just boring security patches one month behind.
the newer Honor Magic 8 Pro sells for about the same (৳115,999) — usually the better buy.

No, this phone does not have any manufacturer warranty in Bangladesh. Every unit available is a gray import, meaning you only receive whatever limited coverage the individual shop provides. All repairs must be paid for out of your own pocket.
The 5850 mAh battery offers good endurance for most users. However, owners report significant post-update battery drain issues. Some users have noted losing almost 10 percent of their battery charge overnight after installing software updates.
The camera hardware is versatile but inconsistent in practice. Owners report that the ultra-wide and regular wide lenses do not match well. Images often suffer from over-processing, and zoom output is frequently pixelated and unreliable.
The Bangladesh market contains both global and China-market versions. Global units come with full Google services, while China-market units do not. You must verify with the seller that Google Mobile Services works on your specific unit before paying.
