Strongest on performance · 9.8/10 in published reviews and owner reports
The ZTE Z80 Ultra is a high-performance powerhouse that demands you accept significant compromises in software and support for its raw speed.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Living with this device means dealing with a China-ROM experience that includes clunky translations, no preinstalled Google services, and messy OTA updates. While the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and massive 7200 mAh battery provide elite gaming and endurance, the user experience is hampered by unreliable software support and cheap haptics. Owners frequently report that the under-display selfie camera produces poor results and the build, while featuring a unique holographic design and IP69 rating, is prone to scratches.
Because every unit in Bangladesh is a gray import, you are entirely at the mercy of the shop if the device breaks. You are paying ৳1,02,999 for flagship silicon, but you must be prepared to troubleshoot software quirks and accept that official brand-backed service does not exist here.

Specifications from GSMArena. Prices are our own reads of Bangladeshi shops. This one is not cross-checked.
Many BD ZTE/Nubia units are CN imports: clunky translation, no Google preinstalled, messy OTA. Global units better but software still the weak point.
shop warranty instead of brand warranty; confirm IMEI/BTRC status with the seller.
ZTE has little to no official service presence in BD — a gray unit that breaks is on the shop's mercy entirely.
Under-display camera quality.
Selfies from the under-display camera aren't great.
Unreliable software support.
ZTE max 1 year updates
Cheap haptics and speakers.
haptic feedback and the vibration doesn't feel as quite premium

Get my pick →The last price we recorded for ZTE Z80 Ultra in Bangladesh was ৳1,02,999, checked 28 Oct 2026. No shop we track has it in stock right now.
No, there is no official brand-backed warranty for this phone in Bangladesh. Every unit currently available is a gray import, meaning you must rely solely on the shop for any service or support if the device breaks.
Software support is considered unreliable for this device. Owners report that ZTE provides a maximum of one year of updates, and the software experience is further complicated by the use of China-ROM variants that lack Google services.
Yes, the phone is excellent for gaming. It features the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset which delivers elite speed and stable high frame rates. While the device stays generally cool, some heat is expected during hardcore gaming sessions.
The battery life is exceptional. It features a massive 7200 mAh silicon-carbon battery that provides industry-leading endurance. Owners rate the battery performance very highly at 9.7 out of 10, making it one of the strongest features of the phone.
