Strongest on display · 8.0/10 in published reviews and owner reports
Living with the Redmi 12 4G is a frustrating experience due to significant performance issues and poor multitasking capabilities.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓Owners report that the device struggles with basic tasks, especially after updating to newer software versions, where the phone becomes very slow. Multitasking is essentially non-existent because the system restarts apps as soon as you exit them. While the display is a highlight, the overall user experience is hampered by high levels of bloatware and ads.
The camera app is also described as laggy, which makes capturing moments difficult. Since this device is three years old, you should expect very little remaining software support. You must also be aware that all units currently available are gray-imports, meaning you will not receive official brand-backed warranty support.
Relying on shop-provided warranties carries risks, so verify the IMEI and BTRC status before making any payment.
