Expect flagship performance but be ready for battery drain and overheating issues.
Based on published reviews and owner reports.
Review sources ↓The Galaxy S25 Ultra delivers a stunning 6.9‑inch 120 Hz LTPO AMOLED screen that can hit 2600 nits, and its Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset makes daily tasks and gaming feel instant. The 200 MP main camera with OIS and 5× optical zoom captures detailed photos, though night‑mode shots can show banding and low‑light consistency varies. Battery life is decent for active use, but many owners report severe standby drain and the phone gets hot when stressed.
One UI 7 runs smoothly and will receive up to seven years of Android updates, but the S‑Pen lost Bluetooth functionality and the device lacks magnetic Qi2 charging. Gray‑import units are cheaper but come without Samsung’s official warranty, meaning any repair will be a paid service. Weigh the premium specs against the known quirks before deciding.

On 12GB/256GB the official listing costs ৳96,009 more than the same configuration imported. That gap is the BD warranty, duty and seller margins.
৳93,990 at Gazi Electronics is lower, but that listing is out of stock.

Get my pick →Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra costs ৳97,990 to ৳1,13,999 in Bangladesh on unofficial listings, in stock at 7 shops we track as of 28 Oct 2026. The official price starts at ৳1,89,999.
Samsung promises up to seven years of Android updates for its flagship devices. One UI 7 is low on bloat and ads, and you can expect regular security patches throughout that period.
No. Only the official units listed at ৳1,89,999 come with Samsung’s brand warranty. Gray‑import models sold for as low as ৳97,990 have no manufacturer cover and any repair will be a paid service.
The 5000 mAh battery gives good endurance for active use, but owners report severe standby drain and idle overheating, especially after the July 2026 update. Charging is limited to 45 W, which many consider stagnant for a flagship.
The 200 MP sensor is versatile with zero shutter lag, but night‑mode photos can show visible banding and low‑light results are inconsistent. Samsung has acknowledged the banding issue.
